(2016-08-31) 賀 陳曉華教授榮獲2016 IEEE VTS 系統的最佳論文獎論文Congratulation! Distinguished Professor Hsiao-Hwa Chen has received prestigious IEEE VTS Jack Neubauer Memorial Award as the Best System Paper Award for the paper (Hsiao-Hwa Chen is the corresponding author) entitled "Intracluster Device-to-Device Relay Algorithm With Optimal Resource Utilization", Published in the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Vol. 62, no. 5, pp. 2315-2326, June 2013. The award was conferred in IEEE VTC-Fall, Montreal, Canada, Sept.18-21, 2016.

IEEE Wireless Communications 期刊在全球三個重要研究領域的全部期刊中: Engineering, Electrical & Electronic (247 publications); Telecommunications (78 publications); Computer Science, Hardware & Architecture (50 publications),全都排名第一。為提昪臺灣和國立成功大學在全球相關學術研究領域之知名度作出了重要貢獻!

Based on the most recent "Journal Citation Reports (JCR)" released by Thomson Reuters "ISI Web of Knowledge" in 2014 July, the IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine has been ranked as NUMBER ONE position (in terms of Impactor Factor) in the following three categories: (1) Engineering, Electrical & Electronic (247 publications); (2) Telecommunications (78 publications); (3) Computer Science, Hardware & Architecture (50 publications).

The Impact Factor of IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine is 6.524, which is the publication with the highest IF ever achieved in the IEEE ComSoc publication history. Distinguished Professor Hsiao-Hwa Chen, Department of Engineering Science, NCKU, has been serving as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Wireless Communications since 2012, whose leadership makes the publication to be the NUMBER ONE in the world in terms of its Impact Factor.
